For physical copies of all the data held on you, we are required to charge a rate of £0.10 per A4 page plus postage. Data can only be sent to the address we have on file. Before any data is released we will conduct a security check to ensure the data processed is being requested by the rightful individual. Unsatisfactory security checks will result in the refusal of your data request. This is done for the security of your data and is in compliance with GDPR policy.
Your right to be forgotten. It is your right to have any data store about you erased. We have one month from the date of request to erase all data held about you. This may be extended to three months, with reason. Before any data is erased we will conduct a security check to ensure the request to be forgotten is being requested by the rightful individual. Unsatisfactory security checks will result in the refusal of your request. This is done for the security of your data and is in compliance with GDPR policy.

Email marketing messages & subscription

An EMS is a third party service provider of software / applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.
Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data.
