Here at Eco925 we understand that sometimes items can appear different on the screen to in person. Which is why we do our up-most to reassure your purchase, in getting the perfect gift, by having a returns and exchange policy. After the dispatch of your item, you have 14 days to request a refund and up to 30 days to request an exchange, for which the following terms apply:
At the request of a refund or exchange, the item/s must be returned by post to Eco925's returns address listed below. The items must be whole (including chains with pendants), in an unworn and unsullied condition, with all original gift pouch and packaging, with a print out copy of the receipt invoice.
Eco925 will not be responsible for the returns postage costs.The final return amount will be the item/s value less the original postage amount.
Eco925 does its up-most to ensure that all gifts arrive in perfect condition by providing eco friendly tough packaging. However we understand that on occasion the postal system can be a bit rough. Any damages to an item due to postage must be reported within 3days of the signed for delivery date. We will then ask you to follow the refund or exchange steps above. Once we are in receipt of the goods and satisfied, a replacement or refund will be issued.
Eco925 will not accept returns of items that have been altered or engraved in anyway.
Eco925 will not accept any responsibility for goods broken due to mistreating or accidental damage.
Eco925 will not accept any responsibility for the loss of any goods, except loss during the initial delivery.
Eco925 will not accept any responsibility for items sent to an incorrect address provided or any consequences there after.
Eco925 will not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. This does not effect your statutory rights.
Eco925 recommends that you return your items via Royal Mail Signed for tracked delivery.
