We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewellery. Eco925 offer a 12 month manufactures warranty on all Eco925's fine jewellery.
If you experience damage to your purchase due to manufacturing, we recommend you contact us so we may evaluate your item. A £30 deposit will be arranged to be taken before the shipment of your item for evaluation. This covers the cost of shipping the item and an evaluation by our professional jewellers to determine if the damage is warrantied. This fee is refunded in full for all warrantied repairs. We also offer complimentary shipping back to the customer for all warrantied repairs.
Repairs that are not covered under the 12 month warranty will be chargeable and quoted to the customer for approval before work is performed. If approved, the deposit will be applied to this repair. If the customer chooses not to proceed the repair, the deposit will be used to cover the shipping charge back to the customer after applying an evaluation fee.
If a warranty issue is found, Eco925 will repair the warrantied damage or replace the item without charge.
Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, loss of precious stones and theft. Repair work, sizing or services performed by any jeweller other than Eco925 will void this warranty. Eco925 reserve the right to void any warranty where we suspect foul play.
All Vintage and Second hand Jewellery is excluded from our 12 month warranty and sold as seen.
